Packages are shipped via USPS. Tracking is sent via email on the day your package ships. 

Some items are made to order and may take 3-5 business days to ship.

WHERE ARE YOUR ITEMS MADE?

Most of our items are handcrafted in our studio in Nashville, TN. A select few items are made by other local artisans in Nashville, Malawi Africa, or California and specified in the description of the item.

We take pride in supporting artisans local and afar that meet our ethical standards.

WHAT IS YOUR RETURN OR EXCHANGE POLICY?

If for any reason you are unhappy with your purchase, please contact us!

Due to the fact that we are a small business, we only offer exchanges at this time. If you are unhappy with your order we will gladly except exchanges of any new, unused items within 7 days of delivery. The customer is responsible for return shipping cost.

If a product arrives damaged, please take a photo within 7 days of delivery and email us at whiterabbitnashville@gmail.com so we can get a new order out to you!

WHERE ARE THE PRODUCTS MADE?

All WRN products are handmade in small batches in Nashville, TN.

WHAT IS THE SHELF LIFE OF THE PRODUCTS?

For most White Rabbit Naturals products the shelf life is one year from time of purchase.

Our scrubs should be used within 4-6 months.

Because our products are natural, they should be kept in a cool, dry place out of direct sunlight and remain capped to ensure maximum freshness. Please follow the instructions carefully for your products and be sure to keep moisture/ water out of them. If your item begins to smell unpleasant or seems to be growing mold, most likely you have gotten water inside the product and it should be discarded immediately.

We bottle our facial oils in amber UV bottles to protect the products contained inside and preserve the shelf life. You can also store your facial oil in the fridge to help with preserving the oils shelf life and freshness.

WHAT ARE THE INGREDIENTS IN YOUR PRODUCTS?

All of our ingredients are listed in the website description and/or on the product packaging. All our formulas are developed with natural and organic ingredients approved by European regulation standards. Why EU standards? The European Union bans 1,300+ ingredients for use in cosmetics/personal care product compared to the United States, which only bans 11… We believe that standard is more in line with ours- natural beauty and cleaner ingredients.

I HAVE ACNE, OILY, OR SENSITIVE SKIN, CAN I USE WHITE RABBIT NATURALS PRODUCTS?

Yes! Our facial oils are made with oils that are rated between 0-3 on the comedogenic scale. The comedogenic scale is a rating that indicates the likelihood of an oil to clog your pores. It starts at 0 and goes through 5, 5 being likely to clog pores. Remember, your skin is also affected by the other external and internal factors: food, pollution, water intake, non-natural makeup, etc. Going all natural is a GREAT start to helping your skin be the best it can!

Yes! Our vegan products are: Repair Face Oil, Sun Scrub, Bath Soak, Exfoliating Powder, Pink Clay Mask, Glow Face Mask.
